Hi, we're Sarah and Kadeem, the couple behind Smoke on the Hill. This blog is all about helping real home cooks master the art of smoked and grilled food without the stress and intimidation.
After buying our first house, Kadeem was the one who suggested getting a smoker. One spatchcock turkey for Thanksgiving later… we were hooked.
We quickly realized that most smoker recipes online were geared toward pros with custom rigs, thermometers we didn't understand, and endless time. That's not us and probably not you either.
So we started Smoke on the Hill, a place where anyone can learn to cook with bold, smoky flavor using approachable techniques and reliable tools.
Who We Are
- I'm Sarah, a food blogger and recipe developer. You may know me from my first site, Real Food with Sarah, where I share quick, cozy comfort food.
- Kadeem is the guy behind the grill (and the gear obsession). He keeps our smoking experiments running smoothly and taste-tested.
