Instructions
In a bowl of jar mix together all of the spices until combined.
1 tablespoon allspice,
2 teaspoons dried thyme,
2 tablespoons garlic powder,
2 tablespoons onion powder,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
½ teaspoon nutmeg,
½ teaspoon cloves,
½ teaspoon cumin,
1 teaspoon black pepper,
2 teaspoons smoked paprika,
1 teaspoon cayenne,
1 teaspoon dried parsley,
1 tablespoon brown sugar,
1 teaspoon salt
Store seasoning in a tightly sealed jar or container for up to 6 months.
Notes
Want deeper flavor? Lightly toast your allspice and thyme in a dry skillet before mixing.
Mix with oil and lime juice for an easy jerk marinade.
